theprintpit.co.uk is a low cost, great value service brought to you by Colliery Media Community Interest Company, a not for profit organisation in Sunderland, in the North East of England. Our aim is to deliver quality design, print and publicity materials at low prices to businesses, charities and community organisations throughout the UK.

At Colliery Media CIC we produce the Colliery Chronicle community newspaper and work with local organisations to promote activities and events in the area as well as delivering design and journalism activities in schools and community venues. The Colliery Chronicle began life in 2003 as an eight page publication delivered free to 5,000 houses, five years later the publication's pagination has grown to 24 pages, with a print run of 26,000.
